Organization Team
The Organization Team, currently lead by the Board of Directors, plays a key role in keeping the board, committees, staff, and program-of-work in good shape by attracting people and money to the organization. This Team takes responsibility for managing the financial and logistical aspects by raising money for projects and administration from donations, memberships, sponsorships, and investments. The Team manages staff and volunteers – by recruiting, supervising, and rewarding good work. This Team promotes the Main Street program, district businesses, and community involvement. Lastly, the organization Team develops good accounting procedures that allow the Team and Board to manage the finances of the organization.
